Barbie maker Mattel has apologized after customers noticed Bad edition dolls listed an adult website on the packaging. The toys incorrectly led customers to the homepage of the pornographic film studio Wicked Pictures, instead of the correct WickedMovie.com URL.

“We deeply regret this unfortunate error and are taking immediate action to correct it,” Mattel said in a statement The Hollywood Reporter. “Parents are advised that the misprinted, incorrect website is not suitable for children.”

Mattel said the dolls, released to coincide with Universal’s film adaptation of the Tony Award-winning musical, are “sold primarily in the US” and that the error was a “misprint.” It is unclear how many of the mislabeled toys, advertised for children aged four and older, have already been distributed in stores. According to The Hollywood ReporterAffected toy line products are currently being removed from shelves at several retailers, including Walmart. Best Buy and Amazon.

Bad serves as a prequel to The Wizard of Oz which is told from the perspective of the witches Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Galinda (Ariana Grande). Part one of Bad will debut in theaters on November 22, with a second film expected to be released in November 2025.
