Baron Trump is the Gen Z son of Donald Trumpthe former president of the United States and the Republican candidate in 2024 presidential electionsand Melania Trump. Born on March 20, 2006, he is Donald’s fifth and youngest child and Melania’s only child.

Unlike other children of the former president, the 18-year-old has led a private and elusive life, rarely seen at public events. But this year it was different. Although he hasn’t appeared actively during the presidential election campaign, Barron has been an “unofficial advisor” on podcast appearances for his father — and he’s been successful at it. According to ABC NewsTrump’s interview on streamer Adin Ross’s show has been viewed more than 2.6 million times since August 5. His appearance on This Past Weekend with Theo Von has been viewed more than 14 million times since August 20. His interview on Flagrant has viewed more than 14 million times, 5.7 million views since October 9, and his chat on the PBD podcast has been viewed more than 2.7 million times since October 17.” Barron became his father’s gateway to a younger audience. “As a member of Gen Z, Barron – the youngest of Trump’s three sons – was the one who introduced his 78-year-old father to this new medium,” a source close to Trump told ABC News.

Barron started at New York University’s Stern School of Business in the fall of this year.

Standing at 6 feet tall, Barron has caught the attention of many due to his good looks, with social media platforms such as Instagram being filled with his fan pages. According to his father, Barron’s impressive height is due to the food he ate prepared by his late grandmother, Melania’s mother, Amalija Knavs.

Barron’s name was chosen by his father. During a performance in the The Oprah Winfrey ShowDonald had said, “It’s a name I’ve always loved, but never had the courage to use. I gave the idea to Melania, and I was going to take it away at the very end. She said, ‘You can’t take it away! I call him Barron while he was in my stomach, and you just can’t take it away! ”

His mother, Melania, is from Slovenia, and as a result Barron is bilingual: he speaks both English and Slovenian.
