Mike Tyson says he’s willing to die in the boxing ring against Jake Paul

Mike Tyson plans to put it all on the line when he faces Jake Paul on Netflix in two weeks for the highly anticipated match between the former heavyweight champion, who is now 58 years old, and the younger but ever-confident YouTuber. -turned boxer Paul.

MIKE TYSON VS JAKE PAUL PLACES NOVEMBER 15 ON NETFLIX

“If I win, I’m immortal. But if I do poorly, I don’t want to die in a hospital bed, I’d rather die in the ring,” Tyson recently told Most Valuable Promotions.

Dying in the ring may sound like something absolutely absurd, but the point is: this is Mike Tyson we’re talking about, and maybe he’s not kidding.

Anyone who has followed Tyson’s career knows that he has some ‘interesting’ thoughts from time to time – including biting his opponent Evander Holyfield’s ear not once, but twice during their previous boxing match at the time.

And, as I’ve said time and time again, Mike Tyson may be old, but if Jake Paul punches him, he could very well revert to Iron Mike mode, something the former champion has said he could. Doing!

“I’m always careful when that guy comes out. Every time I drink or get ready to fight and Iron Mike comes back, I break out in handcuffs. Unfortunately, I have to fight and be that guy. I wish I could be that guy That man is haunting me. I wish I could stop that man. I wish that man died, but he’s back,” Tyson said during a podcast interview in August.

…Um, good luck Jake Paul?

MIKE TYSON LOOKS ABSOLUTELY JACKED

Not to mention, two days ago, Tyson also tweeted one word: “Homicidal” and posted a photo of himself on his official Twitter X account. You know, not normal at all unless you’re Mike Tyson, who, as we all know, became the youngest heavyweight champion of all time for that reason.

Could Tyson just be talking the talk to boost the November 15 fight? Certainly.

But if you look at Tyson’s training videos and sparring sessions and how fit he looks as a 58 year old, you can bet I’ll beat him at odds of +210 to beat Jake Paul; which, by the way, also drops from -350 to -275 on some books.

Maybe they’ll start to believe in what Mike Tyson says, too.
