Minnesota Twins games will be televised by MLB in 2025

Manfred noted in July that MLB-produced broadcasts had a distribution agreement with Comcast that did not result in a blackout.

“The distribution has been there and, honestly, the feedback from fans has been very positive,” St. Peter said, referring to how it worked for the three teams MLB has fielded this year. “We felt that clarity for our fans was the most important thing we could bring to 2025, recognizing the uncertainty we have faced.”

The Cleveland Guardians and Milwaukee Brewers will join the Twins for MLB-produced broadcasts next year. The TV contracts of all three teams expired at the end of the regular season. The Texas Rangers have announced they are parting ways with Diamond Sports and exploring options for next year.

Cory Provus and Justin Morneau are expected to remain the primary game broadcasters, St. Peter confirmed. It is uncertain how many people from the pregame and postgame shows, along with behind-the-scenes staff, will be part of the TV broadcasts next year.
