Missouri State women’s basketball team takes on Oklahoma recruit

Audrey Hopkins, a wing from Tulsa, Oklahoma, is the second player in the 2025 class to commit to the Missouri State women’s basketball team.

Hopkins made the announcement on social media Tuesday morning. She is a 6-foot-1 wing who will play her senior year at Lincoln Christian School.

Her versatility stands out as a player who averaged 8.9 points and 3.7 rebounds per game in just 16 games as a junior last season. Social media reports indicate she struggled with injuries during the summer between her sophomore and junior years. She is a capable 3-point shooter, having made 56 of 130 shots for her career.

Hopkins received offers from SMU, Oral Roberts, Central Arkansas and Division II Lincoln Memorial. She was a member of the respected Missouri Phenom EYBL summer program.

Hopkins joins Kendal Brueggen, a winger from Hesston (Kansas) High who will start for the Lady Bears in 2025-26.
