Microsoft 365 users are experiencing problems with the free Outlook email service on Monday.

According to Downdetector, users started reporting this outage just before 8 a.m. ET.

It seems like most people are reporting problems using the website version.

Microsoft 365 posted on social media that they are investigating the issue and a fix has been implemented.

As of 12:30 PM ET, services were slowly restored.

Downdetector warns us to beware of scammers trying to offer fake support for Outlook. If you paid for support, they recommend that you contact your financial institution to verify the security of your account and report any fraud.
