Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love left Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a groin injury.

Love left the game after contact following Jaguars defenseman Travon Walker’s whistle in the second half. Walker bumped Love when Love was off balance, and Love slowly got up from the play.

Backup Malik Willis took over and stayed in the game on Green Bay’s next possession as the Jaguars held a 17-13 lead in the third quarter. The Packers listed Love as questionable to return with a groin injury.

Love initially appeared to suffer or worsen an injury in the first quarter when he landed awkwardly after a throw.

He spent time in a medical tent on the sideline after that game, but remained in the game until the start of the second half. His mobility was limited after the incident and he was seen limping repeatedly during the match.

Love previously missed two games this season due to an MCL sprain suffered in the final seconds of Green Bay’s season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles. He missed games in Weeks 2 and 3 before returning to the lineup in Week 4 against the Minnesota Vikings.
