Halfway through the season we are both doing well in the straight-up category. I’m doing shockingly well against the spread.

Last week Simms took a game in the race to tie the most, going 12-3 to my 11-4. I still have a lead of six, at 94-44. He is 88-50.

Against the spread, I’m 83-52-3 after going 8-7 last week. Simms was 6-9 and is 65-70-3.

If the Colts can’t win with Joe Flacco, why not give Anthony Richardson some reps?

Vikings (-6.5) at Jaguars

The line moved two points in favor of Minnesota after news emerged that Trevor Lawrence would likely miss the game. It didn’t move enough.

Kansas City continues to make things interesting. And they keep winning.

Yes, it’s a bitter rivalry. But the Saints are in shambles right now.

CMC should be back, and the Bucs are limping toward a much-needed bye.

This is a coin toss. The Steelers get the advantage in coaching and experience.

The Chargers know how to win the games they are supposed to win.
