A special parking lot awaits Reverend Bill Martin in honor of his 100th birthday.

His daughter, Kathy Newingham, designed the parking sign outside the fellowship hall at Roodhouse First Baptist Church. Martin’s birthday was celebrated Saturday with an open house.

Martin was born on July 24, 1924 in White Hall.
