Portland Trail Blazers at Phoenix Suns: Game preview, prediction, time, TV channel

Update: Anfernee Simons is not listed on the team’s injury report.

• • •

The Portland Trail Blazers begin a four-game trip at the Phoenix Suns (4-1) on Saturday after losing 137-116 at home to the Oklahoma City Thunder (5-0).

The Blazers will have enough trouble dealing with the Suns, but the job could become even tougher if Anfernee Simons is out.

Simons injured his left arm after falling to the ground following a dunk attempt in the fourth quarter.

According to coach Chauncey Billups, the injury was not considered serious. But it’s entirely possible the Blazers could get their star guard off Saturday night.

Prediction: Suns must roll. The Blazers will be tired and simply can’t match up against the Suns, who had Friday night off.
