LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – Much of UNLV’s main campus is currently experiencing a power outage, according to the university’s social media page.

UNLV said NV Energy is on campus and working to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, UNLV said campus police have increased their presence on school grounds.

According to the NV Energy outage map, the cause of the power outage is still being investigated as of Friday 8:30 PM.
