Lando Norris could have left pole position at the Dutch Grand Prix, but it was Max Verstappen who turned out the lights for the 72-lap race.

In a disappointing start for McLaren, Norris got off to a slow start while Verstappen’s Red Bull quickly surged forward to take the lead into Turn 1, with Oscar Piastri losing a place to George Russell in the Mercedes behind, dropping the Australian to fourth.

While Verstappen built an early lead over Norris, Piastri quickly came under pressure from Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc.
