BISMARCK, ND (Valley News Live) – The Human Service Center offices in Williston, Watford City, Devils Lake and Rolla will delay their opening until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 20 due to reduced travel visibility due to wind and falling snow.

Affected offices include two of the agency’s regional human service centers and their satellite and outreach offices, child support offices and vocational rehabilitation offices.

Weather-related information about office closures can be found on the HHS Facebook and Tweet pages and website at hhs.nd.gov. Child benefit recipients can conduct normal business 24 hours a day on the program’s secure website.
