The Rams played the second half and overtime on Sunday night without wide receiver Puka Nacua and could be without him for the foreseeable future.

Nacua was ruled out after injuring his knee in the second quarter of the Lions’ 26-20 win and ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Nacua aggravated the injury that kept him out this summer. Nacua is still undergoing tests but is currently considered week-to-week.

Nacua had four catches for 35 yards before being sent off the field.

It’s the second straight year the Rams have dealt with an injury at wide receiver in early September. Cooper Kupp went on the injured list prior to Week 1 last year, opening the door for Nacua to set rookie records in receptions and receiving yards. Kupp had 14 catches for 110 yards on Sunday and will likely remain a major focus while Nacua is out.
