Illegal paramilitary settlers kidnapped two Palestinians on Friday near the northeastern West Bank city of Jericho.

According to media sources, armed paramilitary settlers opened fire on two young Palestinian men on Friday evening near the Al-Auja spring, north of Jericho.

Sources report that the settlers first fired live ammunition at the vehicles of two former detainees, Adi Hassani Al-Najjar and Ramadan Jamil Nassar, before abducting them and taking them to an unknown location.

Also in the evening, a group of illegal settlers, accompanied by their livestock, invaded a Bedouin community northwest of Jericho.

According to Hassan Mleihat, the general supervisor of the Bedouin rights defense organization “Al-Baidar,” Israeli settlers stormed the Mleihat Arab Bedouin community northwest of Jericho, accompanied by their livestock.
