The 50th season of “Saturday Night Live” will feature a number of new performers as it bids farewell to another cast member.

According to Deadline, Ashley Padilla, Emil Wakim and Jane Wickline have been added to the cast of the sketch show.

Padilla has been a core member of the esteemed improv group The Groundlings since 2021 and has also appeared in “Night Court” and “Curb Your Enthusiam.”

Wakim, who is Lebanese-American, was selected as the New Face of Comedy at the 2022 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, the same year he made his debut on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Wickline rose to fame by building a fan base on TikTok, where she is a cast member on the show “Stapleview.” She can also be seen in the 2024 Mubi film “My First Film” and is touring with her comedy.

As the cast of “SNL” grows, current cast member Chloe Troast shared on social media that she will not be returning for the new season.

“Unfortunately, I was not asked back to SNL this season,” Troast wrote. “I wish I could go back and be with all the amazing friends I made there, it really felt like home. But that wasn’t going to happen.”

Punkie Johnson and Molly Kearney previously announced that they would not return for season 50.

The anniversary season of “SNL” is expected to feature several celebratory moments, along with plenty of political satire with the return of former cast member Maya Rudolph, who will occasionally reprise her role as current Vice President Kamala Harris.
