Team Trump is going crazy over stunning early voting numbers

Musk was initially scheduled to appear in court in Pennsylvania on Thursday, but did not show up. Foglietta’s ruling not only overturns that requirement, but also allows the tech mogul’s America PAC to continue its giveaway to registered voters in the battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, which have a sign pledge in support of First and Second Amendment constitutional rights.

On Thursday, the tech mogul celebrated the ruling on his Krasner tried to shut down Musk’s plan, calling it an “illegal lottery scheme to influence voters.”

In the lawsuit, Krasner argues that under Pennsylvania law, only the state can conduct a lottery to benefit the state’s seniors. Krasner also claims that neither Musk nor the PAC have published clear rules for the giveaway or explained how they will protect participants’ personal information. The lawsuit questions whether the million-dollar winners are actually random, since two of them had attended Trump rallies.
