In 2014, Craddock switched to the pros with Team Giant – Shimano. After two seasons, he moved to Jonathan Vaughters’ American outfit Cannondale – Drapac Pro Cycling (now EF Education-EasyPost), where he stayed for another six years before joining Jayco AlUla, where he retires from the peloton after three seasons.

Craddock has made a name for himself as a strong time trialist over the years, winning the American title in 2021 and 2022 back-to-back or finishing 6th at the 2019 World Championships. In addition, the American has proven himself time and again to be a reliable teammate in hilly and mountainous terrain and a dangerous opponent in breakaways in the biggest races, with a third place in a stage of the 2019 Vuelta and a fourth place in the 2023 Tour.
