The advisory applied to Northern Clinton, Northern Center, Southern Center, Northern Lycoming, Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming, as well as Warren, Blair, Huntingdon, Bedford, Fulton, Tioga, Sullivan, Union, Snyder, Montour, Northumberland and Columbia counties.

“Temperatures are rising. The threat is over,” the National Weather Service said.
