‘The View’ host Sunny Hostin blames ‘uneducated white women’ for Trump’s victory

The View co-host Sunny Hostin on Wednesday castigated “uneducated white women” during a dying episode of the show over Donald Trump’s victory and said she worries about “internment camps.”

“I am deeply disturbed… we now know he will have unlimited power,” Hostin said.

Hostin, dressed in all black, said Donald Trump’s historic victory makes her worry about her daughter, who now has “fewer civil rights” than her.

Sunny Hostin blamed “uneducated white women” for Trump’s victory.

“I remember my father telling me many, many years ago that I was the first person in his family to have full civil rights and now I have fewer civil rights than when he told me that.”

The former prosecutor went on to say that the US health care system is now in danger and that Trump’s victory makes her worry about “mass deportations and internment camps.”

“I think (Trump’s victory) had nothing to do with policy, I think this was a referendum on cultural resentment in this country.”

Hostin blamed Trump’s victory on white women and Latino men, claiming the vice president ran a “flawless campaign.”

“Black women tried again last night to save this country… what we don’t have are white women, who voted about 52 percent for Donald Trump – uneducated white women, I understand. You actually have Latino men voting for him more,” Hostin opined.

“So why do you think uneducated white women are voting against their reproductive health freedoms, and why do you think Latino men voted for someone who is going to deport a majority of his community,” the co-host, dressed all in black, asked Rick Klein, ABC political news director.

“I don’t think white women like being called uneducated white women,” responded co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin, also wearing all black.

Whoopi Goldberg refused to even mention the president-elect’s name during the broadcast.

‘He’s the president. I’m still not going to say his name. That’s not going to change,” the “Sister Act” star said.
