    The Warriors and their fans are giving Klay Thompson a fitting homecoming

    San Francisco – Before Klay Thompson’s anticipated homecoming, the Warriors brainstormed ideas to celebrate one of the most respected athletes in Bay Area history. They decided to give away the captain’s hats to every fan and play a tribute video for Thompson before he was announced last during pre-match warm-ups.

    It’s an emotional evening for a franchise that has been through so much in its ‘Golden Era’. Thompson is still so important to the Warriors organization, and it showed.
