• Mauricio Pochettino makes one change to the line-up that faced Jamaica in Kingston on Thursday, bringing on Tim Weah for the injured Johnny Cardoso. Weah will make his first appearance since the red card against Panama on June 27 in the Copa América.
• St. Louis native Tim Ream will captain the USMNT tonight in his hometown. The USMNT is 9W-3L-1D in 13 games when Ream wears the armband.

• With his assist on Pepi’s goal on Thursday, Christian Pulisic earned his 49th career goal contribution (31 goals, 18 assists).
• Weston McKennie makes his 35th official competition appearance tonight and earns his USMNT-leading 16th Concacaf Nations League appearance. He also holds the team lead with six total goals in the league.
• The back four of Joe Scally, Mark McKenzie, Tim Ream and Antonee Robinson will start together for the second game in a row and the third time overall, having previously recorded the 2-0 win against Panama last month in Austin, Texas and the 1- 0 win from Thursday. in Jamaica.
• Three starters have scored against Jamaica. With his goal on Thursday, Pepi increased his goal total against the Reggaeboyz to three, following his brace in World Cup qualifying on October 7, 2021. Pulisic bagged a brace and McKennie added the other goal in the USA’s 3–1 win in the Concacaf Gold Cup semi-final on July 3, 2019 in Nashville. Tim Weah also scored the only American goal in the 1-1 draw during World Cup qualifying on November 16, 2021 in Kingston.
