After a messy start, Hill has righted the ship. In the past three games, he has allowed five goals on 64 shots, and VGK won all three. Hill was 2-0-0 with a 2.46 GAA and .921 SV% against the Kraken last season.

Daccord has been steady in his last three starts, allowing seven goals on 92 shots. However, his offense has failed him, scoring just one goal in the two losses down the stretch. He faced Vegas once last season and shut them out, stopping all 35 he faced.

I really like the way Vegas (-145) plays. The Golden Knights have 4 different players with 6+ goals, and none of them are C Jack Eichel. I’m honestly surprised Vegas isn’t more of a favorite, considering Seattle (+120) is 21st in the league with 2.8 goals per game.

I am TO FIT on an ML bet, although I’m certainly open to the Golden Knights at -145.

Puck line/against the spread

The PL has a great value here at +170. Vegas is 9-4 ATS so far. In their last ten meetings with the Kraken, the Golden Knights are 8-2, with seven of those wins coming on multiple goals.

This one sneaks up on the merits of Vegas’ high-powered offense. If this was 6.5 I would avoid it. The Over is just 3-7 in their last 10 head-to-head meetings, but VGK is 10-3 O/U this season thanks to its offense.
