The number of areas under flood warnings is steadily decreasing in the Czech Republic, with conditions improving in the northeast.

Although parts of Opava and Olomouc are still under a level 3 flood warning, flood protection measures in Olomouc have proven effective.

In Bohumín, many households are still without electricity and due to a failure in the water supply, some areas have no drinking water. Therefore, the city hall has sent water tankers to the affected areas.
