Wendy’s is releasing a new Frosty flavor that’s perfect for fall

The cozy season just got a whole lot cozier now that Wendy’s plans to release a new fall-inspired Frosty flavor. According to @snackolator, an Instagram account that covers food news, Wendy’s will introduce the all-new Salted Caramel Frosty as soon as the Spongebob square pants inspired Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty will likely be phased out in November.

As you can imagine, Frosty fans are pretty excited about the new frozen treat. Some are even happy that Wendy’s is dropping pumpkin this year because of its salted caramel flavor.

“It’s also a great fall flavor and IMO better than pumpkin spice!” @snackolator wrote in their caption.

Others are already singing Salted Caramel’s praises, even though we’re still days away from its release.

“This flavor is what dreams are made of,” one person admitted on Instagram.

Considering that the Vanilla Frosty likely won’t return when the Salted Caramel flavor is released, there are some who are a little salty about the OG Frosty flavor being shelved for now.

“I’m so sick of them throwing out vanilla to replace these seasonal flavors. Can I just have vanilla and the seasonal flavor?! Chocolate isn’t that good,” one person wrote.

While there’s a lot of excitement surrounding the new Salted Caramel Frosty, there’s still some envy over the Frosty flavors that are only released overseas. Another Instagram post shared by @snackolator revealed several new international Frosty flavors, including Chocolate Covered Pretzel, White Chocolate Strawberry and Mango Tajin. And it looks like we still have a lot of catching up to do.
