The Constructors’ Championship is really heating up with McLaren’s run of form, and you could even argue that Lando Norris has a chance of overtaking Max Verstappen. Lando starts first today at Monza, a fast track where pole starters have a long history of winning in recent years. Max only starts seventh after a slow day at the office yesterday. F1 is heating up again, folks, so we’re going to show you everything you need to know about where to watch a free Italian Monza F1 live stream, wherever you are in the world.

Where to watch Monza F1 live stream for free

The easiest option for a free Monza GP live stream this weekend is to use a VPN to tune into one of the free streams listed above. If you miss the live race, the extended highlights show from the UK we mentioned is a great alternative and comes with full English commentary.

We’ve been using these free F1 live streams all season (and last season) and have double-checked VPN compatibility with each channel’s schedule today to make sure the race is on. These channels are showing every race except the Austrian option, as races alternate between ORF1 and Servus TV each weekend – ORF1 has the Italian GP.

How to watch Monza F1 live streams for free with a VPN

Will there be any extended Italian Monza F1 highlights later?

In the UK, Channel 4 will broadcast an extended highlights show a few hours after today’s race at 12:30pm ET / 5:30pm BST / 6:30pm CEST / 12:30am AWST.

While this highlight show usually features plenty of pre-race and post-race discussion and interviews, a good chunk of the show’s running time is usually devoted to the race itself. For example, the first week’s live race was about 92 minutes long, and I timed the actual race highlights section of the show at 72 minutes. However, this week’s episode is shorter than usual, clocking in at just 60 minutes.

Overall, this is still my favorite viewing option, compared to paying for a subscription or watching the series without English commentary.

These highlights can also be viewed on-demand the day after. That said, we sometimes notice that this version is a bit shorter than the usual highlights program.

You can tune in online via the Channel 4 website and use a VPN as described above to watch from outside the UK.

How to live stream Monza F1 in the US

ESPN has coverage of the remaining Formula 1 races this season, but ESPN+ has a few as well, including this week’s Italian GP. If you don’t have any of these channels yet, ESPN+ runs on a rolling monthly contract, starting at just $11.99 per month.

How to live stream Monza F1 in the UK

Want a free option? Channel 4 has an excellent extended highlights show (see above) a couple of hours after each race, which is a good alternative given the length of the show. They even have qualifying highlights a couple of hours after the one the day before has finished.

If you really want to see everything liveA Sky Sports deal is your best bet, and this is a great way to get it in glorious 4K too. Sky will cover every race weekend, so you won’t have to switch between Sky and networks like TNT like you have to for the Premier League.

If you don’t want a traditional TV subscription and would rather have a monthly subscription that you can cancel whenever you like, Sky’s Now TV division has a Sky Sports subscription that costs £11.99 for a day pass or £34.99 per month.

The main appeal of Now TV is that it runs on a rolling one-month contract, but if you need it every week then it’s arguably a better deal to get a proper Sky Sports package as you get much more for your money. Plus, Now TV is still in the dark ages and has the audacity to extra for HD in 2024.
