According to the Custer County Sheriff’s Office website, Bryan was booked into jail around 8:30 a.m. Friday morning on a charge of Driving While Intoxicated – Second Offense.

This was the latest arrest for 43-year-old Bryan, who played Tim (Tim Allen) Brad’s son on the classic ABC sitcom “Home Improvement” in the 1990s.

In February, Bryan was charged with a misdemeanor after his fourth DUI charge in California. He was previously arrested in 2020 for alleged domestic violence and convicted on two counts before being arrested in 2023 in another domestic violence incident.
