LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The University of Nebraska-Lincoln issued an alert Saturday night for an armed and dangerous individual near Casey’s Convenience Store at the corner of 33rd and Holdrege Street.

Shortly after 11:30 p.m., UNL posted a message on social media asking people to avoid the area because of the person described as wearing all black clothing and carrying a gun.

At 12:00 a.m., UNL reported that the person was no longer in the area.

10/11 NOW is trying to find out if anyone has been arrested.
