Mike Tyson punches Jake Paul in the final showdown before an epic showdown

If you have any doubts about whether Jake Paul-Mike Tyson was real, you can throw all of this out the window.

Tyson and Paul had to be separated on Thursday night after the former heavyweight champion punched the 27-year-old straight in the face.

Tyson had just completed his weigh-in, where he came in at 228.4 pounds – Paul is at 227.2 pounds. Tyson then approached Paul for their final look before the fight, and Paul crawled over to him.

Paul got a little too close and Tyson threw an open right hand. Paul took it like a champ as a lot of people were holding Tyson back.

After the incident, Tyson said “all talk is over” to Ariel Helwani and walked away. Paul replied, β€œHe must die.”

It was by far the most controversial part of the whole ordeal, and very different from Tyson, who was extremely calm leading up to this event.

Paul was the one who pushed the buttons and even called Tyson “boring” at Wednesday night’s press conference. However, Tyson continued to say little at virtually every conference.

But on Thursday he completely flipped the script.
