The San Francisco 49ers host the Dallas Cowboys at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The team will be without wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk for the rest of the season and wide receiver Jauan Jennings is inactive for the second game in a row due to a hip injury. Defensive tackle Kevin Givens (groin) and kicker Jake Moody (ankle) have also been sidelined for Sunday night’s game.

Running back Christian McCaffrey remains out with Achilles tendonitis. Although he has yet to play this season, he is expected to return to practice during the bye week.

Below are the latest in-game injury updates for the 49ers.

RB Jordan Mason (shoulder, questionable)

Jordan Mason went down in the first quarter and was promptly attended to by the medical staff on the field. He later ran away without entering the medical tent, choosing to keep his helmet on. Rookie Isaac Guerendo replaced Mason.

Mason briefly returned to the game before leaving for the locker room in the second quarter. The television broadcast later reported that he is doubtful to return due to a shoulder injury. Mason suffered an AC joint sprain in Week 6 against the Seattle Seahawks.

Dee Winters suffered a head injury in the second half and has been ruled out for the remainder of the match.

WR Deebo Samuel (rib, questionable)

Deebo Samuel’s return is questionable due to a rib injury.

CB Renardo Green (single)

Head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters that Renardo Green suffered an ankle injury late in the game.
