Additionally, he has a $1 million bonus tied to reaching 1,251 receiving yards on the season.

Cooper, who will be 31 entering the 2025 season, is also positioned as an unrestricted free agent (UFA) after this season. This allows the Bills to evaluate his long-term eligibility before committing him beyond this season. If Cooper produces strong results, the Bills could negotiate a new contract to retain him. However, if the connection is not ideal, they are not bound by future financial obligations after 2024.
