LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Arkansas remains a destination for high-ranking basketball players.

Their newest addition, Maleek Thomas, has committed to play basketball for the Razorbacks under Coach Calipari.

Thomas, currently a member of Overtime Elite, is a five-star recruit and ranked in the top 10 (#9) of the high school class of 2025.

Arkansas was his final choice, as he turned down the opportunity to play at UCONN or the University of Pittsburgh.

He joins Darius Acuff, another top 10 high school player (#8), who has also committed to Arkansas.
