Early voting has been expanded to even more states this election, and several states have seen record early voting turnout. NBC News Capitol Hill correspondent Ryan Nobles spoke with some early voters in Texas. Senior Editor and Elections Analyst at The Cook Political Report David Wasserman joins Katy Tur to explain what early turnout has looked like so far and what it could mean for the rest of the election.
