Dave Grohl is said to have a history of infidelity.

More than 20 years before the 55-year-old musician admitted cheating on his wife Jordyn Blum and fathering a child out of wedlock, his ex-girlfriend, Tina Basich, accused him of having an affair with another woman for two years in the late 1990s.

Basich, 55, wrote in her 2003 memoir, “Pretty Good for a Girl: The Autobiography of a Snowboarding Pioneer,” that Grohl was too “busy” with his career at the time to prioritize her.

“The pressure was too much for our relationship to handle,” she wrote. “You can only give up so much of your heart and your career and your time and your mind, and here I was, giving it all up for a man and losing myself in the process.”

“I felt like I was taking time away from his career, which was his priority. I was putting mine second without even realizing it,” she added.

The professional snowboarder then directly accused Grohl of cheating on her.

“I don’t understand how someone in his field can have a normal relationship with a girlfriend… or two, as it turns out,” she said.

Basich claimed that she learned about Grohl’s alleged infidelity through word of mouth and that it felt like “everyone in the world knew about it except me.”

She said she was “so disappointed” in herself for “getting sucked in by Grohl.”

“Breakups suck. But Rockstar exits are the worst,” her book said. “All I got was a five-minute phone call from him, after five weeks of calling and trying to get a hold of him because I just had to know if these rumors were true and hear it straight from the source. There was nothing.”

After dumping Basich, the Foo Fighters frontman reportedly “disappeared off the face of the earth” in Basich’s world, but he “was everywhere else because the articles were in all the magazines since he wrapped up a press tour for his new album.”

“Worse still were all the phone calls from people wanting to tell me everything they knew about him, as if it would somehow comfort me.”

She said she “couldn’t avoid thinking about him” and “consciously didn’t watch MTV because his music video always seemed to be playing, and I didn’t listen to the radio because his single was in the charts.”

“A few days after we broke up, I went grocery shopping and heard the elevator music version of ‘Learn to Fly,’ which immediately gave me a stomach ache. Then I saw him on the cover of Guitar Magazine staring at me in the checkout line,” Basich wrote.

“I didn’t know how to deal with it. I thought, I’m just not that strong,” she added.

The Post has asked Basich for comment.

On Tuesday, Grohl announced on Instagram that he recently had a child with a woman outside of his marriage to his wife Jordyn.

“I recently became the father of a baby girl, born out of wedlock,” Grohl said in his statement.

“I intend to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am committed to doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness,” he continued. “We are grateful for your consideration for all of the children involved as we move forward together.”

Grohl’s spokesperson told The Post that the musician had no further comment.

Grohl has three daughters, Violet Maye, 18, Harper Willow, 15, and Ophelia Saint, 10, with Blum. He confirmed that his new child is also a girl.

The “Heart-Shaped Box” singer and his wife were spotted at Wimbledon in July, just weeks before he announced his infidelity.

The couple married on August 2, 2003, in a ceremony at their Los Angeles home. They met two years earlier when Grohl was at the Sunset Marquis with his former bandmate Taylor Hawkins, who died in 2022.

Grohl said in a resurfaced interview with Q magazine that he acted “like an ass” and called Blum his “future ex-wife” the night they met.

The rocker then ignored Blum because he “wasn’t ready for a serious relationship,” he told Elle in 2007.

He eventually changed his mind after Hawkins’ overdose in 2001 convinced him to settle down.

Before Grohl met Blum, he was married to Jennifer Youngblood, with whom he also allegedly cheated.
