Gwen Stefani, 55, released her fifth solo studio album, “Bouquet,” last week, and we hear she celebrated with a huge Japanese party at Fushimi in New York’s Times Square.

The ‘Hollaback Girl’ hitmaker treated her band and crew to dinner and (perhaps in an effort to save up for the hefty bill) Stefani even took the subway there, we hear!

The dinner earned the star $3,000, but the restaurant played her new album for the entire restaurant to hear.

The No Doubt frontwoman was friendly, posing for photos with fellow diners and “smiling from ear to ear” after her group’s four-hour dinner, a spy told Page Six.

Stefani’s husband — and former “The Voice” coach — Blake Shelton, wasn’t at the party, but he was top of mind shooting the visuals for her new album.

Stefani appears on the cover wearing a cowboy hat and “not because this is a country record. I didn’t go to the country,” she told her followers via social media on the day of the release.

“It’s kind of a nod to the love of my life because he’s a country boy,” she said.

Photographer Ellen von Unwerth, who has shot artists like Janet Jackson, Hole and Rihanna, was behind Stefani’s latest album images.

The singer described returning to the studio as “surreal.”

“I wanted new music so badly. I wanted to work with Ellen von Unwerth,” she said.

Stefani also thanked her fans “for making me feel like I could still write songs. It’s such a blessing, and to be able to share it with you guys… you have no idea how that makes me feel,” she said.

Stefani started the week by releasing a video for “Somebody Else,” the debut single from “Bouquet” and an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

“’Bouquet’ represents a mix of everything I’ve ever been and who I’ve evolved into. Each of the songs was picked like individual flowers to create a bouquet of the past, the present and the seed of hope for the future,” she said in a statement.
