Election Day is just around the corner and Americans are eagerly awaiting who will become the country’s 47th president and the outcome of several other races.

In a deeply divided country, the election is a real battle between Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris and Republican former President Donald Trump.

In Texas, Ted Cruz is trying to keep his Senate seat amid a challenge from Congressman Colin Allred of Dallas.

As you make election night plans, FOX 4 is the place to follow real-time election results, get breaking news alerts, and watch live local coverage from Texas and around the country.

How to track election results

You can view the map above for election results for president, Congress and governors in the United States.

Results will come in after polls close on the East Coast at 6pm CT.

Texas is expected to see the first results shortly after 7:00 PM CT.
