Big Sky Conference play begins this week for the Montana and Montana State football teams on Saturday, September 28, 2024.

The third-ranked Bobcats travel to Pocatello, Idaho, to take on Idaho State; the #8-ranked Grizzlies play Eastern Washington on the red grass in Cheney, Washington. Both games will be broadcast by Scripps Sports.

• Montana State (4-0) and Idaho State (14-2), 4 p.m., MTN Channel
• Montana (3-1) at Eastern Washington (1-3), 6 p.m., Montana CBS affiliates

Montana State’s game with Idaho State starts at 4:00 PM and will be broadcast on the MTN channel. Coverage begins at 3:30 PM with the Saturday Showdown Pregame Show.

The MTN channel is available wirelessly with an antenna (free) or on Tablo, as well as on DirecTV, DirecTV Stream and Fubo.

The Montana-Eastern Washington game will air at 6 p.m. on CBS affiliates throughout Montana: KPAX in Missoula, KXLF in Butte, KBZK in Bozeman, KXLH in Helena, KRTV in Great Falls and KTVQ in Billings.

The Saturday Showdown Postgame Show will follow immediately after both games.

Both games will also be streamed live on ESPN+.
