The 49ers, who started the game with Jauan Jennings inactive, didn’t see much of Deebo Samuel today. According to the team, Samuel became ill.

He was given oxygen and stood in front of a ventilator for much of the match.

The Chiefs have lost JuJu Smith-Schuster, and while the team considers him questionable to return, he is making no moves to return to the game. Smith-Schuster was questionable to play with a hamstring injury, and he went down untouched on a red zone play in the first quarter.

Neither team has scored, with the 49ers and Chiefs combining for three punts, two turnovers and a failed fake punt.
