Kraft heard the message loud and clear. Abby returned to TikTok on November 21 with good news. According to the viral sensation, she received a personal call from a named man Larry who is an executive at the Kraft Heinz company, who has made good.

Abby noted that Larry was “very, very nice” and apologetic during their call. Larry told her they were conducting an internal investigation and did not ask her to delete her videos. Abby said she told Larry she still didn’t want a free product, to which he replied, “Don’t be mad if we send you something.”

Abby also told Larry to contact the social media team about their best practices because she – and TikTok users – felt baffled by the responses to her video.

Abby even reiterated that she doesn’t want to stop buying Kraft Mac and Cheese because she thinks her problem has been solved.
