One person has been arrested and there have been reports of casualties at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, where multiple law enforcement agencies, firefighters and emergency services were dispatched to an active shooter scene, the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

According to the press release, authorities were alerted around 10:23 a.m. ET.

“This is an ongoing situation,” the sheriff’s office said.
