DETROIT – After a successful home postseason opener, the Tigers are looking for more playoff baseball at Comerica Park.

And they can achieve that with a successful day on Thursday.

The Tigers face the Guardians in a Game 4 ALDS match at Comerica Park with a 2-1 series lead. A win would clinch them in their first ALCS since 2013.

To get there, they will have to navigate the Guardians and starter Tanner Bibee, who held the Tigers scoreless for 4 2/3 innings in a Game 1 Cleveland win.

The Tigers will counter with Reese Olson, who is expected to make a traditional start after the team used Keider Montero as an opener in Game 3.

It’s shaping up to be another nice day for October baseball in Detroit, with temperatures slightly cooler than Wednesday and a later game time.

The first pitch is at 6:08 PM
