We all deserve the first half. The Lynx offense is balanced between McBride (14p, 4-5, 2-3 3s), Williams (13p, 6-10) and Collier (12p, 4-8, 2-3 3s). Liberty head coach Sandy Brondello thought the Lynx’s tenacious defense early in Game 3 might have worn them down. They were solid this game, but not as hectic all over the field. That could be to their advantage in a long game they have to play.

New York’s big three are quiet. Breanna Stewart (2-11) must come alive in the second half and avoid mistakes (three). Jones is shooting 100%, but could use more touches to open things up. Ionescu is 3-9.
