Early voting in Ohio started in October, but time is almost up if you want to cast your ballot before November 5. Early in-person voting in Ohio ends on Sunday, November 3.

There will be no voting on Monday, November 4leaving just a few days left for early voting.

“The day before Election Day (Monday) has been eliminated as an early in-person voting day,” the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections said, meaning Nov. 4 is no longer an early voting day this election season.

Here’s what you need to know.

Sunday, November 3 is the last day to vote early in person in Ohio

According to the Ohio Secretary of State’s voting schedule: there will be no early voting on Monday, November 4so voters only have until Sunday, November 3 to participate in early voting. Ohio is one of 18 states that allow voting on Saturdays and one of six states that allow early voting on Sundays.

When will polls open in Ohio for early voting?

For the remainder of the early voting period, early voting polling stations are open at:

  • Friday November 1: 7:30 am to 7:30 pm
  • Saturday November 2: 8am to 4pm
  • Sunday November 3: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

When should I mail in my absentee ballot?

Although Oct. 29 was the deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail, it should be postmarked November 4 to count in the elections.

When do the polls open in Ohio on Election Day?

In Ohio, polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
