Ollie Gordon II injury update: Oklahoma State football RB leaves vs BYU

Oklahoma State running back Ollie Gordon II left the third quarter of a road game against No. 13-ranked BYU on Friday.

Gordon suffered a lower-body injury after recording a carry with 3:29 on the clock. He then walked off the field with the help of OSU staff and entered the injury tent.

Gordon ran the ball 13 times for 100 yards and two touchdowns prior to his injury. He also caught two passes for 22 yards and one touchdown.

The Cowboys are also without starting quarterback Garret Rangel, who will be out for the remainder of the game due to a collarbone injury.

BYU (6-0, 3-0 Big 12) has a 28-21 lead over OSU (3-3, 0-3 Big 12) entering the fourth quarter.
