Omaha Westside coach in hospital, will miss state title game

LINCOLN — Omaha Westside coach Paul Limongi is hospitalized with an undisclosed medical condition and will miss Monday’s Class A championship game against Millard South.

Limongi was the 2023 World-Herald Nebraska boys coach of the year.

He’s been Westside’s coach for two state titles and the Warriors are on a 32-game winning streak.
