The 3-6 Dallas Cowboys have struggled at home all season and that continued in Week 11 when they hosted the Houston Texans on Monday Night Football.

Dallas quickly fell behind and Houston scored on an opening 77-yard drive that lasted just 2:18. They avoided giving up another score when Malik Hooker made a pick but immediately gave the ball back.

A couple of first downs gave them hope, but then Cooper Rush was fouled out on third-and-8 while trying to hit CeeDee Lamb. But Peyton Manning wasn’t willing to blame Rush for the turnover.

While watching the replay on ManningCast, the Hall of Famer said Lamb ran straight into the safety and botched the “anticipatory throw.”

Ironically, Manning was discussing this while Bill Belichick was taking it all in. The former Super Bowl-winning coach has been linked to Dallas.

When he watches them play tonight, he might wonder if it would be a good idea to take the job if it’s offered to him.
