We are looking for a highly experienced Staff QA Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team.

In this critical role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced testing strategies to ensure the delivery of exceptional software products. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement world-class quality assurance processes.

Main Responsibilities:

🛠️ Lead the development and continuous refinement of our QA strategy, including comprehensive test planning, seamless test execution, and impactful process improvements.

🤖 Design, implement, and maintain highly efficient automated test scripts and frameworks to significantly improve test coverage and efficiency.

📝Perform extensive manual testing where automation is not feasible and ensure all features and functionalities meet quality standards.

🤝 Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product quality.

🐞 Track, analyze, and report software defects to ensure timely resolution and maintain high product quality.

⚙️ Run performance, scalability, and stress tests to ensure the software can handle the expected load.

🔄 Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

⚠️ Assess the risks associated with product releases and make recommendations to mitigate those risks.

Qualifications:

🏅7-10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, of which at least 3 years in a senior or management role.

💻 Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress), scripting languages ​​(e.g. Python, TypeScript, JavaScript) and CI/CD pipelines.

📚 Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).

🧠 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.

🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
