Ryan Fitzpatrick and Andrew Whitworth discuss the conditions on Al Michaels’ private jet

The Amazon Thursday night football The team will be in Cleveland in Week 12 for the Browns’ game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. At 2-8, the Browns’ season is over and the Steelers have to deal with the higher expectations that come with an 8-2 start, but the most interesting part of the game is Ryan Fitzpatrick flying back and forth. Cleveland for the first time on Al Michaels’ private jet.

Fitzpatrick had a lot of questions about the conditions aboard Al Force One and his friend and podcast co-host Andrew Whitworth had the answers on the latest episode of Fitz & Whit.

If you ever find yourself on Michaels’ private jet, there’s plenty to keep in mind. Most importantly, stay away from Al while he prepares for the match, don’t use the bathroom after multiple coffees, and don’t sit in Charissa Thompson’s assigned seat.

Whitworth also described the food situation on the plane and it is unlikely that any other flight in the world has more candy corn on board.

“Now listen,” Whitworth said. “It’s more likely there will be buckets of candy corn. Probably all kinds of chocolates and candies. Fruit bowls. Usually some kind of deli plate. Usually I would say food on the way there is a little healthier than on the way back. On the way back we can usually get some baked goods chicken and pizza. It depends a bit on where we are. On the way back it’s mainly sweets and Al loves his sweet corn, there will definitely be some of those.”

No matter how many times we hear about the candy corn, it never ceases to amaze us. The same can of course be said of the private jet. It’s something Michaels has had for at least 20 years.

According to Andrew Marchand – way. in 2005! -Michaels has a private jet since he called Monday night football for ABC in 2000. The private jet was then a sticking point in his negotiations as he jumped to NBC to make a call Sunday night football with John Madden in 2006. Amazon clearly didn’t turn down the request when they recruited him Thursday night football on Prime a few years ago.

And no one is happier about that than the colleagues who get to participate. If Fitzpatrick plays his cards right and stays out of the bathroom, this could become one of his perks at work. Where else do you eat candy corn a week before Thanksgiving?
