Is Sydney Sweeney a big one? college football fan? It’s hard to say for sure, but she tuned in to Saturday’s coverage of a game between top five teams.

The A-list Hollywood actress was mentioned on one of the many fan signs in the background of ESPN’s “College GameDay” broadcast Saturday morning ahead of this weekend’s highly anticipated game between the undefeated Ducks and the Ohio State Buckeyes.

The sign, held up by the Oregon mascot, said, “Sydney Sweeney, call me back.”

The message was received, but it appears the Duck missed his shot.

“Sorry I changed my number haha,” Sweeney wrote in a post to her Instagram story alongside a photo of the sign.

Oregon fans crowded around the ESPN crew in anticipation of Oregon’s game against the No. 2 Buckeyes. Both teams enter the match undefeated. This is the first time that two top five teams will meet at Autzen Stadium.

“I’ve realized through my five-year and now six-year plan that you have to take it one week at a time and just take the next step,” Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel said.

“Sure, the atmosphere, college football in general, this is what you dream about. But you have a job to do. You have to execute, you have to play hard and you have to find a way to win.”
