Taron Egerton fights Jason Bateman in Netflix movie

Taron Egerton and Jason Bateman find a way to make holiday travel even more challenging than usual in the trailer for the Netflix thriller Continue.

The airport-focused action film from director Jaume Collet-Serra will be released on the streaming service on December 13. The cast is completed by Sofia Carson, Danielle Deadwyler, Sinqua Walls, Logan Marshall-Green, Theo Rossi, Josh Brener and Dean Norris.

Continue is about an inexperienced TSA agent (Egerton) who finds himself in a battle with a mysterious traveler (Bateman) after the stranger blackmails him into flying a dangerous package on Christmas Eve.

“You have 10 minutes before everyone in this airport dies,” Bateman says in the voiceover in the trailer. “All you have to do is nothing.”

Collet-Serra (Black Adam, Jungle cruise) directed the film from a script by TJ Fixman. Dylan Clark is producing the film, while executive producers on the project include Collet-Serra, Holly Bario, Brian Williams, Seth William Meier and Scott Greenberg.

Egerton is known for the King’s man franchise and his critically acclaimed performance as Elton John in Rocketmanin addition to starring in the Apple TV+ series Black Bird. Bateman’s recent credits include features The fool’s paradise And Air.
